The 2019 festival builds on last year’s campaign of developing ‘awareness into action’ inviting festival-goers to consider ways to make an impact, under this year’s theme of #inclusionimpact. Since its inception in 2015, the Dive In Festival has sought to accelerate the progress of D&I within the global insurance industry, highlighting the business case for diverse and inclusive workplaces, providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

This year’s festival will be extending its global reach further, with a record number of cities hosting events. As a top-tier sponsor Miller will again be hosting Dive In events at our London headquarters.
