Miller’s Board is ultimately responsible for the activities and governance of the partnership. Its Group Executive Committee develops and implements our strategy, and manages and oversees the running of the business under the leadership of CEO Greg Collins.

Graham Clarke
Non-Executive ChairmanGraham became Non-Executive Chairman in 2017 having previously held the position of Chief Executive of Miller from 2000-2016. He joined Miller in 1982 and was appointed to the Board in 1990.

Greg Collins
Chief Executive OfficerGreg was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2017 and chairs Miller’s Group Executive Committee. Greg joined Miller in 2004 to lead its professional risks business. He was appointed to the Miller Board in 2007, became COO in 2011 and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive in 2016.

Nick Lyons
Independent Non-ExecutiveNick was appointed to the Board on in February 2021. Having worked as a corporate financier with JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers for 22 years until 2003, Nick has sat on multiple financial services company boards as a non-executive Director since then.

Chris Reid
GIC (Non-Executive)Chris joined the Board as a Non-Executive in February 2021. Chris is a Senior Vice President based in GIC’s London office leading their Direct Private Equity investment activities in the Financial Services sector.

Peter Catterall
GIC (Non-Executive)Peter joined the Board as a Non-Executive in February 2021. Peter is a member (Chair) of Cinven’s Portfolio Review Committee. He is also a member of the UK and Ireland regional team.

Luigi Sbrozzi
Cinven (Non-Executive)Luigi joined the Board as a Non-Executive in February 2021. Luigi is a Partner in Cinven's Financial Services team, and has been involved in a number of investment opportunities at Cinven, including Compre and Miller.

Caspar Berensden
Cinven (Non-Executive)Caspar joined the Board as a Non-Executive in February 2021. Caspar leads the Financial Services Sector team at Cinven and prior to this worked at J.P. Morgan in London advising Dutch and Belgian clients across a variety of sectors.

Head of Human ResourcesAs Head of Human Resources Susan is responsible for delivering our people strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain and develop the best people.

Martin Davison
Chief Financial OfficerMartin is a qualified accountant and joined Miller in 1995 having previously worked in the London insurance market for the Lloyd’s regulatory division and in practice.

Ken MacDonald
Executive ChairmanAs Executive Chairman Ken is responsible for three of Miller’s business units - Marine & Energy, Special Risks, and Reinsurance – that provide risk and (re)insurance solutions to a wide variety of clients on a global basis.

Gary Clark
Executive ChairmanAs Executive Chairman Gary leads two of Miller’s business units – Delegated Authorities & Professional Risks and Property and Casualty.

Tim Norman
Head of Delegated Authorities and Professional RisksTim leads Miller’s Delegated Authorities and Professional Risks business unit which provides risk and capacity solutions to a wide variety of clients on a global basis.

John Eltham
Head of Commercial Strategy & PerformanceJohn is responsible for commercial strategic planning and implementation at Miller. He also leads Miller’s strategic development of business from North American intermediaries, overseeing co-ordination of all resources to deliver the highest possible service levels.

Joint Head of Special RisksTim's leadership of Miller’s Special Risks business division comprises credit & political risks, terrorism & political violence, cargo & supply chain and accident and health business, working with a wide variety of clients on a global basis.

James Hands

Michael Papworth
Head of Property & CasualtyMichael is Head of Miller’s Property and Casualty business unit and also Head of Asia, handling large industrial wholesale accounts as well as global cedant facultative business.
