Move signals Miller’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a UK government-supported, industry-led membership group that brings together 700+ Signatory organisations and equips them with the networks and resources they need to drive their diversity and inclusion efforts. The TTC was created in 2015 to address the UK’s tech talent shortage and diversity challenges through collective action.

We are excited to share that Miller has now signed-up to the Charter. Membership provides Miller with a host of benefits, including:

  • Collaboration: A unique opportunity to collaborate with 700+ Signatory organisations to learn, share, and access practical tools and materials
  • A broader toolkit: Access to sector-leading insights, programmes, initiatives, and practices to improve Miller’s inclusion strategy.

We want to be able to attract talented people from all walks of life, and this move demonstrates Miller’s commitment to driving inclusion in our industry.

Miller’s Chief Information Officer, Bradley O’Connor, said: “I am delighted that Miller has signed-up to the Tech Talent Charter. We are excited to be part of a movement bringing together organisations to drive greater diversity and inclusion in technology roles.”
