Policyholder	Typically the buyer or target business.
Policy period	Annual or multi-year policies available.
What you’re typically covered for	Third-party claims that allege an insured’s IP infringes upon a claimant’s IP. Or claims challenging the legitimacy of the insured’s IP assets.
How Pricing Works	1 – 8% of the limit purchased (depending on the underlying risk)
