Ceri Davies

Ceri is a Client Coverage and Transaction Advisory Director in Miller’s M&A and Strategic Solutions team. Most recently, Ceri was an Associate Director in Aon's Mergers and Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) team, where she spent six years leading deal mandates, developing long-term client relationships and building and delivering portfolio value creation solutions for private equity clients. During her time at Aon, Ceri completed a three-month secondment in New York where she developed North American producer and client relationships and played a key role in building out the firm’s portfolio solutions value proposition.
 
Ceri has worked closely with and forged deep relationships across UK middle market, global large-cap, North American and European funds. She has advised on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries, with enterprise values ranging from £50 million to over £2 billion. 
 
Ceri has a degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham. Despite being raised in Sunningdale, her name is a constant reminder of her Welsh roots, something she embraces wholeheartedly as a committed Welsh rugby supporter. Years of unwavering loyalty has instilled a sense of resilience and optimism which she brings to her M&A career.
