Gender Equality Alliance

A mixed group of colleagues working to accelerate the pace of change in achieving a gender-balanced workforce across all levels at Miller.

Gender Equality Alliance

Our aim is to foster a supportive environment for all colleagues and provide policies and structures which will enable all colleagues to achieve the work/life balance they need.

PROMOTING A CULTURE OF MERIT-BASED ADVANCEMENT

Our Alliance members, featuring men and women from across all levels of Miller, work with our wider network of allies to help push forward the inclusion agenda at Miller.

Our activities include providing education and support to senior managers to help them achieve gender-parity in their respective teams, and offering a supportive environment where non-inclusive behaviours and attitudes can be challenged.
