A network of LGBTQ+ advocates and allies, whose goal is to ensure that Miller is a place where no matter your sexuality or gender identity, you feel safe, confident and supported to be your whole self.

Helping to build a more inclusive workplace

We provide safe spaces for our people to talk about anything LGBTQ+ related, discuss non-inclusive behaviours and find support from others in the community.

We empower allies through resources, educational content and training opportunities, as well as a non-judgmental learning culture where we encourage conversations and questions.

We provide a collective voice for the LGBTQ+ and ally community and ensure that Miller policies and decisions that impact our people have considered their needs.

We are corporate sponsors of Link, the LGBTQ+ Insurance Network and regularly collaborate to both support the great work they do across our sector and ensure our people benefit from best practice and new initiatives.
