Priyan Shah

Priyan is a senior tax and finance professional with over 25 years of international experience in investment banking and investment management having worked extensively across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. 

He has worked with family offices, institutional investors, and private capital platforms and his tax experience spans cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, real estate and infrastructure transactions, and complex financial structuring and tax planning. Alongside transactional work, he has regularly worked on various tax controversy and dispute matters.

Priyan is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a law degree from King’s College London. Outside of work, he can often be found on a tennis court.
