Sophie Meiklejohn is Head of Property Claims at Miller. She has handled a wide variety of wholesale and retail claims throughout the US and has managed some of the largest US property catastrophe losses in recent years.
Prior to joining Miller, she worked for a large-scale international insurance brokers in various roles, most recently as the Head of US Property Claims and as the Head of Claims where she was responsible for a team of 30 claims experts.
She has a proven track record of working with large clients, experts and senior claims executives in the market. She most enjoys negotiating client focused solutions in complex claim scenarios and providing advocacy and guidance to her clients during catastrophic events.
Sophie has been a member of various committees in the London Market and is ACII qualified.
