Natacha’s career spans Banking, Technology, Insurance, and Telecommunications sectors, contributing to numerous leading edge People and Culture transformation programmes, through both optimisation and growth eras. Having worked in European, US and Asian markets, she has gained a diverse and global perspective on emerging People and Culture trends and brings this expertise to making Miller one of the most trusted and recognised places to work in the London Market.

Outside of work, Natacha enjoys travelling with her family and reading avidly which helps her stay balanced and inspired.
