Max Oppenheim

Max joined Miller in September of 2024 as a Client Advocate following a 10 year stint at Marsh, where he was previously a Senior CE in the Energy & Power practice.

Prior to Marsh, he spent five years in-house with BP Plc as insurance manager for their European and Middle East operations, and began his career underwriting at Liberty Mutual. 

He is a specialist in program design and delivery and experienced in ‘non-market’ management of risk, including contractual allocation of risk exposure, mutuals, and captive operations, which all helps to step into the client’s shoes when designing holistic solutions.

His qualifications include a Degree from University College London, Advanced Diploma in Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute, Certificate in Treasury Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and Everen Technical Accreditation.
