Miller wins Silver in the 2021 Insurance Times Awards’ ‘Excellence in Professional Development’ category

A great achievement for Miller’s Learning and Development team, based largely on Miller’s Producer Academy programme.

Up against six other finalists, Miller’s Learning and Development team put forward how the Producer Academy programme has benefited our clients through strengthening our brokers’ abilities to uncover and develop a deep understanding of their needs, and service these through the range of products we offer across our business, working with colleagues as one, joined-up team. 

They also shared how the programme has helped participants by giving them the business and product knowledge and network they need, and developed their sales and communication skills, helping them win business and successfully manage and retain accounts.

The judging panel were also impressed by the tangible impact of Miller's Accelerate programme, focused on supporting less represented talent to thrive at Miller.
