Miller completes acquisition of Alston Gayler and Co (AG)

Miller Insurance Services LLP (Miller) today announced that following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, it has completed its acquisition of Alston Gayler and Co (AG).

The transaction strengthens Miller’s position as a leading London wholesale and specialist broking platform.

Miller announced its agreement to acquire AG on 22 October 2018.  Financial terms were not disclosed.
