Tetsuya Kondo

Tetsuya joined Lead as the Head of Marine Claims in April 2025. 

He has 25 years’ experience as a claims handler and manager across many major Japanese insurance companies. He has experience handling claims relating to collision, stranding and salvage, and P&I claims. 

He also has 9 years’ experience of working as a member of production (sales) department for Japanese insurance company related to marine insurance.
