Martin joined Miller in April 2023, bringing with him 13 years of experience within the insurance industry.

He previously worked on handling claims for Special Risks and has experience handling losses for major global sporting events, festival/concert postponements/cancellations, career ending injury claims and personal accident claims.

He has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cares about getting the best outcome.
