James has over 20 years’ experience in London Market claims having worked at Hiscox, Liberty and HDI prior to Miller. James has experience in dealing with a broad range of open market property and Delegated Authority claims including managing some of the largest US property Catastrophe losses in recent years.
 
He enjoys working with clients, experts and underwriters in the market and negotiating client centric solutions in complex claim scenarios and providing advocacy and guidance to his clients.
 
At Miller, James has an approachable leadership style, creating a supportive environment for his team and enjoys coaching and mentorship of junior staff members.
