Hugh is Head of Retail claims at Miller, covering a broad range of niche specialty products from Stadia, through athlete disability, to event cancellation, along with people risks. He is also experienced across the range of risks falling under the banner of Crisis Management, including Political Violence and Kidnap and Ransom. 

Hugh has 35 years’ experience in the London insurance market, with a focus on end-user client contact. During this time, he has been involved in numerous complex and high profile losses, with a proven track record for customer satisfaction.
