Francesca McDermid

Francesca is a Senior Associate within the Client and Market Development team, supporting and delivering success for clients, internationally.

Francesca joined Miller in 2024, after completing the graduate programme at Lloyd’s. Whilst at Lloyd’s, she worked across various teams including Corporate Real Estate, HR, and Commercial Education and Events where she was involved in the delivery and facilitation of various broker academies.

In her spare time, Francesca enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and baking.
