Extensions of coverage
In some circumstances, insurers will consider providing cover in the event of blackmail or stalking (including cyber stalking). High profile individuals are at risk of being targets of fixated behaviour, which the coverage can provide invaluable crisis support for.
Insurance with wider political violence coverage is recommended for clients with assets, investments or exposures in the developing world. Political risk coverage should also be considered in these territories.
