Reverse flow business
Regarded as ‘reverse flow’ business, Miller can also arrange D&O coverage for companies with significant investment/ownership in the US but domiciled elsewhere (eg. the UK, Europe or the Cayman Islands). This can be via a public listing in the US, board of directors in the US or significant assets/revenues in the US.
