Alex Howard-Smith

Alex is part of Miller’s Direct Marine division. He leads the business development strategy, as well as working with clients, London and international markets as part of the broking team.

Alex has specific experience working with international markets and also maintains a focus on Miller’s unique final voyage portfolio, supporting colleagues to continue our strength in this sector. 
 
Alex began his insurance career in 2014 as part of the marine team at a Lloyd’s broker. He then moved to a boutique broker where he worked within the property insurance market, before joining Miller in 2018.
