Current serving Lord Mayor of London, Nick Lyons, was appointed to the Board in February 2021. Having worked as a corporate financier with JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers for 22 years until 2003, Nick has sat on multiple financial services company boards as a non-executive Director since then.
He previously was on the Miller Board from 2004 until 2016, chairing it for 8 years. He has also sat on the boards of Catlin Group, Friends Life, Pension Insurance Corporation, BUPA and several other companies. He is currently Chairman of Phoenix Group and is on the Board of Convex Group.
