Peter joined the Board as a Non-Executive in March 2021 and was subsequently appointed as Chair of Miller's parent company, Ben Nevis Cleanco, in March 2024.
Peter was previously a Senior Partner at Cinven and a longstanding member of the Cinven Executive Committee, Investment Committee and Portfolio Review Committee (Chair). During his tenure at Cinven he was responsible for leading both the Financial Services and Customer sector investment teams. He is a qualified chartered accountant and prior to his role at Cinven, worked at Pricewaterhouse in the Transaction Services Group.
