Miller expands European leadership team with new Head of France

Rodolphe Menn to spearhead the continued expansion of Miller’s French business.

Miller, the leading independent specialist (re)insurance broker, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rodolphe Menn as Head of France, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the country.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Rodolphe brings strategic experience and proven leadership expertise to the role, as well as a deep understanding of the local market. He joins Miller from RSA (Intact), where he had served as Managing Director for its French operations since 2019. He first joined RSA as a Claims Director for Benelux in 2011, overseeing teams across multiple business lines, including Property, Liability, Construction and Engineering. Before this, he held roles at Zurich and Marsh France.

Rodolphe will be responsible for delivering Miller’s French business strategy, focusing on commercial execution and growth while also nurturing close collaboration between teams in France and Miller’s wider global network. 

Rodolphe joins on 13 October and will report to Tim Nagle, Miller’s Head of Europe.
