Richard is Head of Treaty Reinsurance for the Asia Pacific region, working closely with senior regional leaders and the Miller International team to build a full suite of treaty capabilities, including programme structuring and design, analysis, and placement.
He has over 25 years’ experience in Treaty Reinsurance broking and extensive experience across all non-marine classes, most notably property and casualty.
Richard began his career in London in 1998 working for an independent reinsurance broker, before moving to Sydney in 2002, where he spent 12 years working for two large-scale international brokers. He moved to Singapore in 2014, to work for another broker, helping expand their Treaty portfolio in the region.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys playing golf and spending time with his three children.
