Murielle has over 30 years of Insurance experience within the claims sector, and joined Miller’s claims team in 2022, she is based in France. Her main responsibilities include managing and/or settling different types of transport claims (marine, road, air, rail / liability or damage claims).
She has experience in handling claims for a variety of Marine lines of business to include P&I and Charterers liability, although her expertise lie in Commodities cargo claims. She also has experience in dealing with claims in the Trade Credit and Political Risk area.
Murielle has a solid understanding of transport insurance under French law, and great relationships with insurers in the French market. She has a Master’s degree in Public Law, and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in the Law of Marine Transport.
In her spare time Murielle enjoys reading, movies, walking her dog, and playing badminton.
