Graham Wynes

Graham leads Miller’s Global Claims function, focusing on delivering the highest quality of client service and technical excellence throughout the claims lifecycle.

Graham began his career as a solicitor at a large international law firm, specialising in the resolution of large and complex financial lines claims. After 6 years, he moved in-house to join a large financial services business where he progressed to become Head of Legal with responsibility for all legal issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Having spent 6 years there, he joined a global insurance broker, initially focusing on claims advocacy and then progressing to become Head of Claims, a role which he held for over 10 years before joining Miller in 2026.

Graham’s broad experience in private practice, in-house and in the insurance market mean he is well-placed to help clients with their most complex claims issues.
