Miller announces record results for 2024 alongside launch of new brand

Back in February, Miller announced record results for 2024, as well are our new brand and visual identity.

Key highlights:

  • Total revenues of £271 million, a 13% increase on 2023, driven almost entirely by 12% organic growth 
  • Total Gross Written Premium (GWP) placed of c. $4 billion
  • Over 200 new joiners during 2024, with total headcount now in excess of 1,200, including new products, capabilities and teams for UK & International Real Estate, Europe Nuclear Risks, UK & International Transactional Risks, Marine, North American Casualty and Specialty Reinsurance teams
  • Continued build out of international footprint with opening of a new office in South Korea and expansion of Japanese business into non-marine lines
  • Completed the acquisitions of 4809 Brokers in Switzerland and Bruzon in Spain to further develop European platform; acquisition of specialist reinsurance broker AHJ announced close targeted for Q2
  • Closed GIC’s investment to become Miller majority shareholder alongside employees in Q1 2024

Miller also unveiled its new brand and visual identity, built around a new brand line ‘Go Be Great’.  James Hands, CEO, Miller commented:
