Rob is an Account Executive in the Property & Casualty team. His main responsibilities include the production and servicing on North American Property business with existing and new partners.

With over 20 years working in the insurance industry, Rob has extensive experience in US-domiciled commercial property risks and ancillary product lines (terrorism, stock throughput and parametrics). He has also spent time working in Bermuda where he gained experience of other products lines such as facultative reinsurance and captives.

He joined Miller in July 2024 from Lockton, having previously worked for Miller between 2009-2015.

Rob is a member of Lloyd’s Rugby Football Club and in his spare time he is a keen sportsman.

Harriet is an Account Handler within Miller’s Energy Liability team where her responsibilities lie with the management and placing of business into the London and international markets on behalf of a variety of energy clients.

Before joining Miller, Harriet worked for IBM as a Business Consultant with a specialised focus on SAP and ERP technology.

She has a degree in Information Management and Business from Loughborough University.

In her spare time, Harriet enjoys playing field hockey and she is goalkeeper for her team.

Tracey is an Account Handler in Miller’s US Casualty team based in our Bermuda office.

Tracey has worked in the Bermuda Insurance Industry since 1998 in various underwriting, claims, and operational roles for a number of large-scale international insurance firms and brokers.

In her spare time, Tracey is an active participant in the Bermuda Musical and Dramatic Society.

Claire is as an Account Executive in the US Transportation team.

With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Claire specialises in US Transportation and decided to make this her main focus when she was given delegated authority in 2018.

She joined Miller in July 2024 from Bishopsgate. She has experience in various other classes of business, including high value homeowners, excess flood and commercial property.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys watching football, going for bike rides and visiting the coast.

Chris is a Producer / Broker within Miller's North American Casualty team.

Chris began his career in 2011 and has worked for a number of large-scale international insurance brokers, joining Miller from Amwins. He has a wealth of experience, having worked in both the insurance and reinsurance markets.

His expertise is primarily focused around all things US casualty, with a particular emphasis on providing clients with tailored solutions on challenging accounts. His career has also afforded him the ability to work in the Latin American property, medical malpractice, and international casualty spheres.

Chris is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and outside of work is an avid golfer.
