Strengthening our global reinsurance platform
We’ve continued to invest in our reinsurance capabilities with two senior appointments across Asia and the Nordics.
Sailesh Divakaram joins as Head of Treaty Asia, bringing over 30 years of experience across broking, underwriting and risk management, alongside deep relationships across the Asian market. Based in Singapore, he will lead the continued growth of our treaty proposition in the region.
Andreas Ehrencrona joins as Head of Facultative for the Nordics, with over a decade of experience at Guy Carpenter. Based in Stockholm, he will develop our regional facultative offering, complementing our existing treaty capabilities following the acquisition of AHJ.
Together, these appointments strengthen our ability to bring high-quality opportunities and local expertise to our insurer partners.
Enhancing our data and analytics capabilities
We’ve also appointed Paul Lineham as Head of Data, further strengthening our ability to deliver insight-led solutions across the business.
Paul brings more than 30 years of experience in data and technology, most recently as Head of Data Architecture at Beazley.
He will focus on enhancing our data capabilities and supporting more informed, efficient decision-making across our platform.
