Having worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, Michelle started out at a high street broker, learning the job from the ground-up. She then moved onto a schemes broker, before joining a high-net worth (HNW) broker in 2011. Following this, Michelle moved onto a role heading a new HNW team within a family-run brokerage, before in 2017 joining a leading multinational general insurance company as their HNW specialist Broker Development Manager (BDM) for the UK. Michelle then joined Miller in 2021.

Michelle’s experience and knowledge of the HNW market enables her to select products that best suit the needs of her clients. She also holds strong relationships in the industry, and has particular expertise in securing home (including overseas) and motor coverage for her HNW clients.

In her downtime, Michelle enjoys eating out and trying new dishes.
