Recently interviewed for Inclusion@Lloyd’s Holding up the Mirror Interim report, Head of Human Resources, William Wilson highlights some of the initiatives Miller has been implementing over the last 12 months to support its drive for greater diversity and inclusion (D&I).

This includes the creation of our Inclusion@Miller committee, formed of volunteers from across the business to set and drive our agenda, enhanced maternity pay (90% for 39 weeks) and improved paternity pay, and our work with Evenbreak, Tower Hamlets EBP, The Brokerage Citylink and Leonard Cheshire on opening up our work experience, internship and apprenticeship programmes.
