The Inclusion@Lloyd’s initiative boasts a packed three day global programme of events aimed at helping the insurance industry get fit for the future, providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

Miller will be hosting two panel events during the festival; ‘Entrepreneurial Spirit’, which brings together representatives of the gin industry to discuss how diversity and inclusion can deliver a business edge, and ‘Family Friendly Organisations: what does good look like’, which will explore how a number of organisations are adapting their policies and culture to become more family friendly employers.
Now in its third year, the 2017 Dive In Festival runs from 26 - 28 September.
