Miller has taken time to carefully consider the various proposals presented by the recent SRA consultation, we are pleased to share our official response.

We recently published an article "Back to the future - do the SRA's proposals achieve its objectives", where we highlighted some of the key aims and objectives of the SRA's proposals for the Solicitors’ Compensation Fund and professional indemnity insurance (PI).

After very careful consideration of the proposals, we have provided the SRA with our full response to each question posed and we have pleasure in providing our response for our clients and prospective clients.
