Miller’s IT team are looking for a Developer to join them, in a role that will develop Miller’s use of technology on our largest and most strategically important product, the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP).

An Overview of the Role: 
• Be part of the CEP team responsible for building and enhancing the product, the work will be varied as CEP covers the full end to end cycle of our business from opportunity capture through to ultimately placing and renewing risks and reporting on the lifecycle throughout. 
• Ensure the CEP product remains market leading and sets Miller apart from our competitors.
• Joining Miller at an exciting growth period in our history, as our business grows and diversifies.

The role
Design, develop, test and implement custom solutions in line with business requirements.
Use modern development techniques including where possible AI and other tools
Ensure that developments are carried out in accordance with established Company IT procedures and standards & ensuring technical standards are met (code/peer reviews).
Provision of 2nd line support to production Salesforce platform and workflows including  enhancements and deployments.
Working independently and taking ownership of development ensuring the correct business outcome is achieved.
Supporting the wider team and technical design support.

The candidate

Qualifications:
Salesforce Certification in Platform Dev I & II, System Administrator, Platform Builder.

Knowledge / Experience:
Essential
Solid Salesforce experience with demonstrated track record of success.
Experience with CRM Analytics
Experience building integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, or other Enterprise systems.
Experience creating user focused solutions that are designed with long term maintainability and scalability. 
Solid understanding of administering Salesforce and developing using declarative tools and custom code.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
Capable of responding to a fast-paced environment and able to work multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing complex data migration and transformation.
Financial services experience.
Agile delivery experience.

Desirable, but not essential 
Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Solid skills in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Omnistudio.
Solid understanding of the implementation and development of custom Communities.
Experience with Test Automation methods.
Experience in mobile development (iOS or Android).
Experience in Salesforce Reporting / Dashboards
