Prior to joining Miller, Ritchie worked in the claims team for a large-scale international broker, as well as at a record label as an artists and repertoire (A&R) representative in addition to fulfilling the role of guitarist. In December 2021 Ritchie featured on his first number one Jazz single.. His background also encompasses political experience, having interned for a Congressman in the US and engaging in political facilitation across Europe.

In his spare time, Ritchie enjoys shooting clays and playing badminton.
