Pene is an account executive within Miller’s Marine Liability team, he is a market expert and has developed relationships in all areas of marine liabilities with a particular focus on P&I.
Although a Kiwi by nationality, Pene began his insurance career in Australia in 2002 as an assistant marine underwriter. He relocated to the UK in 2008 and began his London career as an assistant underwriter at a P&I Club, with a sole focus on marine liabilities. Subsequently, he has worked for a number of large-scale international insurance companies and syndicates in their marine teams.
In his spare time, Pene enjoys a range of sports and likes to stay as active as he can.
