Natacha joined Miller in May 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her role, Natacha is responsible for Miller’s market leading people strategy, driving a great employee experience and helping to build an inclusive culture. Natacha sits on our Group Executive Committee and also works with the wider London market to drive industry-wide HR initiatives forward.
Prior to joining Miller, Natacha was an International People Director at William Hill PLC for five years, having previously worked in Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications. Recognised for leading large, complex transformation programmes, she has had exposure to the European, US, Middle Eastern and Asian markets.
Outside of work, Natacha is an avid reader and enjoys travelling with her family.
