Prior to joining Miller, James spent 10 years at Allianz as a Business Development Manager in their Surety team. This followed 15 years of sales experience across a variety of sectors, including hedge funds and recruitment.

Outside of work, James is a very keen golfer and secret baker, taking on challenging assignments every year for his twin daughters’ birthday.
