Our technical services team aims to provide a professional and efficient service to all of our clients and markets.

They understand the need for swift production of cover notes, efficient and accurate processing of premium and proportional accounts together with prompt payment of premium.

They have a very good working relationship with the London market processing bureau (Ins-sure), which assists when resolving any issues that may arise (e.g. a delay in premium payment).
