Coverage
Our policies are usually constructed on a worldwide basis, incorporating cover for the parent company and all its international subsidiaries.
Depending on the particular circumstances, we can make alternative arrangements on a 'Section 1A' basis only (excluding company reimbursement cover), either stand-alone or excess different in conditions.
For venture capital operations, we can tailor cover to meet their needs and arrange stand-alone D&O liability insurance as a combined D&O errors and omissions policy.
