We can arrange sports disability insurance policies for individuals or teams, based on either their asset or contractual value.

Coverage includes:

• Accidental death
• Permanent total disablement
• Temporary total disablement through accident and / or sickness

The following documentation and criteria are usually required when a team or individual requests insurance:

• Details of contract currently in place or projected draft position
• Completed proposal and medical (signed by a Doctor) depending on age and / or sum insured, an independent orthopaedic surgeon's report may also be requested
• Advice about, and details of, any hazardous sport / recreational activity the individual may pursue outside the arena for their sport (for example, heli-skiing, scuba diving, hang-gliding)
