Greg Collins, CEO of Miller, will take the positon of Board sponsor for the London Market Group’s (LMG) Talent & Diversity workstream as of 1 January 2020. He replaces Matthew Wilson, Group CEO of Brit Insurance.

The LMG’s Talent & Diversity workstream exists to help the London insurance market build a diverse and dynamic workforce with the skills to ensure its future success. In May 2019, the LMG published their Future of Skills in The London Market report, facilitating market-wide debate on technology’s impact on skills, and their award winning London Insurance Life campaign continues to attract a new generation of talent into the market. 

On his appointment, Greg commented; “I am honored to have the opportunity to support the already fantastic work being done by the LMG’s Talent & Diversity workstream. With our own Abby Cronin and Abbie Coates active London Insurance Life Ambassadors, we’ve seen first-hand the difference the LMG’s work has made to bringing in new and diverse talent to our industry.”
