Business Support Apprentice

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with a keen interest in IT applications to join Miller. 

As a Business Support apprentice you will provide advice and frontline support to business users of Miller’s IT applications, and assist in the testing and implementation of new and enhanced applications.

The successful candidate will be given a full-time permanent role from the start of their apprenticeship and will work towards a level 3 apprenticeship which includes recognised qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and ITIL. The length of the apprenticeship training programme will be around 12 – 18 months.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong IT literacy and be able to demonstrate this. 

  • GCSE Maths & English minimum grade C
  • Predicted UCAS score of 240 is desirable at A-level or BTEC equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to pay close attention to detail
