Graduate Training Programme
The Miller Graduate Training Programme has been designed to integrate practical experience in key business areas with structured learning. During the year-long programme, you will receive support and guidance to develop your career with us.
Recruitment process
The closing date has now passed for 2007 entrants, further details will follow next year for our 2008 intake.
There are three stages to the recruitment process for the Graduate Training Programme.
Stage 1 - Application form
Stage 2 - Competency-based interview with Human Resources
Stage 3 - Assessment centre
The selected graduates begin the programme in September.
Requirements
Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.

Training and qualifications
In addition to on-the-job learning, you will follow a structured training programme which includes formal and informal training. You will also be supported in studying for professional qualifications.
