Founded in 1902, Miller Insurance Services Limited (Miller) is an independant specialist insurance and reinsurance broker which operates internationally and at Lloyd's.
Our business is a mix of reinsurance, complex large commerical business and programmes & facilities (namely special programmes and binding authorities); we also provide a range of consultancy services.
Our independence allows us to act in the best interest of our clients. Absolute client focus drives everything we do and every member of the team aims to be an expert in their field from advising on, broking and placing risks to technical wordings and claims handling.

Please note that the closing date for applications for the 2008 Graduate Programme was 8th May 2008 and therefore no further applications can be accepted. The next intake process is likely to commence in March 2009.
Recruitment process
Our recruitment process for the Graduate Training Programme comprises of three stages:
Stage 1 - CV & Covering Letter
Stage 2 - Competency-based interview with Human Resources
Stage 3 - Assessment centre
The selected graduates begin the programme in September.
Requirements
- A minimum degree of 2.2
- The ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
- Excellent influencing skills
