Online services
Online services is an Internet based product that is unique to Miller. The system gives direct and secure access to a number of applications that allow our clients and underwriters to view information about their account, including documents, statements and ledger transactions.
Users can be given access to any number of the applications, depending on their job role and particular interest.
To use online services you will need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5. (or a later version), Adobe Acrobat Reader and access to the internet. There are no further software requirements.

Features of online services
Online services offers a range of features for both our clients and insurers. The following applications are currently available:
- Account enquiry allows clients and insurers to query live data online and provides information on ledger balances (by currency) on their accounts with us. It also enables the individual to drill down into specific transaction details. Summary information can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet which can be saved on to the users own system.
- Internet statements clients are able to view their account statements online. They can also request a copy of the Miller debit or credit note for any transaction appearing on the statement, which is then emailed to them as a pdf document.
- Risk related documents if you are a client you can view a list of the risks you have placed through us. If you are an insurer, you can view a list of risks that you have signed lines on. By selecting a particular risk, related documents such as the cover note, can be displayed.
- General documents this application displays general documents that are not specifically related to a particular risk (for example, standards clauses).
