Our financials

Miller Insurance Investments Limited is the holding company for the group. At 30th April 2007 it had net assets of approximately US$47 million (£26 million) and total revenues from its insurance broking and advisory services of US$113 million (£62.7 million), with an annual premium throughput approaching US$2 billion.

The main trading company is Miller Insurance Services Limited, a Lloyd's broker. At 30th April 2007 it had revenues of US$109 million (£60 million).

The ultimate controlling entity, Miller 2002 LLP, protects the independence of the Miller companies. It includes an employee trust which prevents an unwanted sale and ensures that profits are retained for the good of the business and its surpluses are distributed to employees.
