Our board

A Board of Directors manages our Company in line with our holding company's (Miller Insurance Investments Limited) strategy.

Our Business Units

The company is structured into five Business Units, each with its own specialist focus. Each unit has a Business Unit Leader who meets regularly with the Chief Executive, the Board, Group Services and Business Services Directors.

Group Services

The Legal, Compliance and Finance teams form the nucleus of corporate governance for both Miller Insurance Services Limited and the wider group of Miller companies. Group Services is responsible for ensuring the appropriate governance of Miller's operations.

Business Services
Business Services is formed of HR, Marketing and Communications, IT, Facilities and Operations and is responsible for ensuring that areas supporting business operations are joined up and clearly aligned to Business Unit objectives, as well as driving business initiatives and projects across the company.
