A board of directors manages the company in line with our holding company Miller Insurance Investments Limited’s strategy.
Our business units
The company is structured into seven business units, each with its own specialist focus. The heads of each business unit meet regularly with our chief executive, the board, the executive management team as well as group services and business services managers.
Group services
The legal, compliance and finance teams provide corporate governance for both Miller Insurance Services Limited and the wider group of Miller companies. Group services are responsible for ensuring the appropriate governance of Miller's operations.
Business services
Business services includes HR, marketing and communications, IT, facilities and operations and is responsible for ensuring that areas supporting business operations are joined up and clearly aligned to business unit objectives. They also drive business initiatives and projects across the company.
